1. Implement Regional Learning Strategy & Governance
- Execute the Regional L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and talent priorities.
- Design and deploy upskilling, and reskilling programs aligned with the regional strategy and business focus.
- Own the regional learning curriculum, including onboarding, functional training, and leadership pathways.
- Drive learning initiatives that support business transformation, growth, digitalization, and workforce capability enhancement.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of learning programs across countries while accommodating local requirements.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using learning analytics and adjust content and delivery based on outcomes.
- Streamline and innovative the current onboarding of employees ensuring a great employee experience.
2. Learning Needs Analysis & Capability Building
- Lead annual and ongoing learning needs assessments across functions and business lines.
- Build competency-based learning pathways for technical, functional, leadership, and behavioural development.
3. Learning Technology & Digital Learning
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms-Earth Learning
- Drive adoption of e-learnings and promote current e-platforms at Egis.
- Collaborate with global learning teams on technology enhancements and digital learning innovation.
- Drive process improvements and automation within the learning function.
- Ensure efficient management of learning records, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Leverage learning analytics and technology to improve learning effectiveness and employee experience.
- Develop and maintain regional learning calendars and governance mechanisms.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Functional Heads.
- Build strong partnerships with country HR teams to ensure alignment of learning priorities.
- Collaborate with global L&D teams to localize and implement enterprise-wide learning programs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, training providers, universities, and professional bodies.
5. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage the regional L&D budget in discussion with Regional L&D head, Country HR heads and business lines.
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality learning solutions.
- Lead vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
- Monitor learning investments and ROI across the region.
6. Performance Management
- Support driving the performance management cycle (goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews) in partnership with HRBPs and Business Leaders.
- In discussion with HR leadership team, support actions on building robust succession pipelines solutions for key and critical positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on talent management, learning & development, or organizational development.
- Prior experience in a Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) or multi-country regional HR environment strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms (e.g. Oracle)
