Senior IT Technician

We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated Senior IT Technician to join our studio in Hong Kong. The successful role holder will join the IT team supporting all of our studios globally. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic design led environment we would love to hear from you.

All candidate must have:

• Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related qualifications;
• Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant working experience in IT ideally gained in a helpdesk environment (hardware, software installation & maintenance);
• Previous experience gained in a fast-paced MNC industry would be advantageous;
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, ability to ensure that all IT support requests are prioritised and actioned according to their urgency;
• Experience in providing 1st and 2nd level desktop support;
• Strong experience in supporting Cisco Networking, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and all other cloud service, Windows Server administration, Architectural Industry Software, Veeam Backup and Replication, Video conferencing system and VOIP telephony solutions;
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and IT asset management;
• Ideally technical professional / qualifications or studying towards accreditation, having a CCNA certification is an advantage;
• Fluency in Chinese and English communication skills – both written and verbal;
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and provide support during non-office hours is required.
