Senior IT Operations Engineer

Responsible for managing and optimizing Regional IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and supporting regional IT operations. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting systems, implementing best practices for IT service management, and leading incident response efforts. The candidate should have strong experience with cloud technologies, networking, and automation tools to enhance IT efficiency and reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure, CCNA are highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or cloud infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
