About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Design Engineer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will lead and oversee complex interior design projects, combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver innovative and functional spaces for our clients.

  • Develop and execute high-quality interior design concepts for commercial and residential projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and specifications using advanced CAD software
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget
  • Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation to maintain design integrity
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices
  • Mentor and guide junior design team members
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Amman and other project locations

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
  • Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in managing complex design projects
  • Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) preferred
  • Expertise in sustainable design practices
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects independently
  • Creativity and attention to detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits
