About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Information and Communications Technology department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's ICT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex ICT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures
- Manage and optimize network performance, including WAN, LAN, and wireless networks
- Oversee virtualization initiatives and implement server consolidation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICT solutions with business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Develop and maintain documentation for ICT systems, processes, and procedures
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ICT services and equipment
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in ICT engineering roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Advanced knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies
- Expertise in network design, implementation, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Experience with virtualization technologies and server consolidation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management abilities and experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and emerging technologies
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the ICT sector
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
