About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for site supervision project in Kuwait.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee electrical engineering projects in a dynamic and growing market.
- Lead and supervise electrical engineering teams on construction sites, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement electrical design strategies in accordance with local and international standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders
- Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering issues on-site
- Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and project presentations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and local regulations in electrical engineering
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on all project sites
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15 years of professional experience including a minimum of 2 years as senior electrical engineer with a focus on site supervision
- Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
- Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects
- In-depth knowledge of local and international design standards
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions
- Experience with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
