About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. If you're eager to broaden your experience, collaborate with a talented team, and be part of impactful developments, this could be the perfect next move for you.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in urban development, but we are also open to considering more junior designers who are eager to gain valuable experience and grow their careers with us. The successful candidate will be fully supported by the Senior Staff, including Technical Directors. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment that promotes both personal and professional growth, while also prioritising a healthy work-life balance.
