About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sr. Data Analyst & Development Manager to join our team in BLR team . In this pivotal role, you will lead data-driven initiatives to support regional development projects and drive strategic decision-making processes.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets to inform regional development strategies.
- Lead the development of integrations to enable seamless data flow across various systems, including ERPs.
- Develop, implement, and optimize scalable databases and data systems to support organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, deliver solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to modernize processes and enhance data-driven strategies.
- Automate workflows and data pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices in data governance, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations, aligned with the Group's strategy.
- Mentor and lead a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and promoting best practices in data management and analytics.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of results.
What do we need from you
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Advanced skills in statistical analysis and proficiency in tools such as R, Python.
- Strong SQL expertise for database design, querying, and optimization.
- Experience in APIs development and system integration.
- Proficiency in ETL processes using tools like Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data-driven decision-making processes
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
