- Develop and manage BIM models for interior design and architecture, collaborate with architects, engineers and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve any BIM related issues.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards.
- Coordinate with various project teams to integrate models across disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BIM architect role or similar.
- Proficiency in BIM software Revit ,Naviworks , Autocad, 3D modeling.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and interior design details.
- Good knowledge of construction processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
