Senior BIM Technician (Interior Design)

• Develop and manage BIM models for interior design and architecture, collaborate with architects, engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks and resolve any BIM related issues.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards.
• Coordinate with various project teams to integrate models across disciplines. 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BIM architect role or similar.
• Proficiency in BIM software Revit ,Naviworks , Autocad, 3D modeling.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and interior design details.
• Good knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
