About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Senior BIM Modeler to join our Building Services team in Brisbane. This is your chance to work on high-impact projects, turning complex concepts into precise, buildable designs. You’ll collaborate with engineers, contractors, and architects, making sure every line, layout, and model reflects quality, compliance, and creativity.
What you’ll do:
- Draft and model detailed engineering drawings with accuracy and quality.
- Assist the drafting team on complex tasks and contribute to project delivery.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and architects to ensure designs meet standards and specifications.
- Apply drafting principles to develop practical and economical solutions.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software to produce and maintain high-quality drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are neat, accurate, and aligned with design proposals, specifications, and best practices.
What do we need from you
- 3–4 years’ experience as a BIM Modeller in Building Services
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit.
- Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic services within building projects.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
