• Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of 3D BIM and 2D CAD deliverables for airfield components (pavement, lighting, drainage, signage, etc.).
• Interpret civil and airfield engineering designs and translate them into accurate, detailed BIM models and CAD drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Establish and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) specific to airfield infrastructure.
• Collaborate with airport planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams to integrate design data and resolve design clashes.
• Ensure all models and drawings are compliant with local and international standards (ICAO, FAA, GCAA, etc.).
• Support the setup and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and digital workflows.
• Conduct clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization reviews using BIM tools.
• Mentor junior CAD/BIM technicians and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain documentation and revision control of all drawings and models in accordance with project procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in CAD/BIM with at least 5 years in airport or airfield-related projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360.
• Understanding of airfield design principles, including pavement design, drainage design, airfield lighting design and utility coordination.
• Familiarity with ICAO, FAA, and local aviation authority standards.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary design environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART).
• Experience with GIS integration and digital twin platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python for BIM).
