Senior AVIT & Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AVIT & Security Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced audio-visual integration technology (AVIT) systems while ensuring robust security measures across our organization's IT infrastructure.

• Design and implement large-scale AVIT systems that meet organizational needs and industry standards
• Develop and maintain IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AVIT solutions with existing IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex AVIT and security issues, providing timely resolutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AVIT and IT security
• Develop and maintain documentation for AVIT systems and security procedures
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in AVIT and IT security
• Manage and oversee AVIT and security projects from conception to completion

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AVIT and security engineering
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale AV systems
• Strong knowledge of IT security systems, network security protocols, and cybersecurity best practices
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing IT security projects
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex AVIT and security issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and organization
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to stay current with emerging trends in AVIT and IT security
