About the Role

  • Plan and coordinate the project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings and budget
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, review/agreeing interim payments and monitoring progress
  • Check design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers
  • Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
  • Prepare progress reports for the Client
  • Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project, i.e. stakeholder management
  • Communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
  • Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
  • Prepare Scope of Works for any additional Work Order as required by the Client and prepare Tender Technical Documents
  • Visit sites regularly during construction — including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress visits, punch walks, and closeouts — and attend status and coordination meetings
  • Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable, and that tools and equipment are in good working condition
  • Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions

What do we need from you

  • Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Working experience more than 10 years is a must
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic(it will be a plus).
  • Professional certification MMUP registration required
