• Plan and coordinate the project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings and budget
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, review/agreeing interim payments and monitoring progress
• Check design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers
• Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
• Prepare progress reports for the Client
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project, i.e. stakeholder management
• Communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
• Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
• Prepare Scope of Works for any additional Work Order as required by the Client and prepare Tender Technical Documents
• Visit sites regularly during construction — including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress visits, punch walks, and closeouts — and attend status and coordination meetings
• Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable, and that tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
• Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions

• Master’s degree in Architecture
• Working experience more than 10 years is a must
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic(it will be a plus).
• Professional certification MMUP registration required

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. The Sr.Architect will be responsible for preparing Concept Design for new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with sustainability principles. The role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing designs.
