- Lead the architectural design of technical buildings, equipment rooms, control buildings, industrial facilities, and administrative support structures.
- Prepare concept, developed, and detailed architectural drawings in full compliance with applicable codes, authority regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct and lead design and coordination meetings with clients, operators, and internal engineering teams.
- Coordinate all architectural interfaces with MEP, structural, civil, and systems disciplines.
- Develop and review combined services drawings (CSD) and ensure alignment with all design packages.
- Review inputs from other disciplines, incorporate client comments, and issue revised drawings and documentation.
- Support the preparation of BOD, specifications, and technical reports as required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in architectural design for industrial, infrastructure, or technical buildings.
- Excellent command of Revit and AutoCAD, with strong BIM coordination experience.
- Familiarity with NFPA codes, DEWA standards, and relevant international building codes.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and design leadership skills.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary engineering environments is preferred.
