Egis Projects Philippines Inc (EPPI) provide services to private sector entities involved in the business of building, operating or managing roadways, railways, and other transportation infrastructure projects.
EPPI has been appointed to design, develop, support and maintain a tolling system based on free flow, nonstop operating mode. This toll system shall have components located on various points (tolling points) of the toll roads- Roadside Equipment (which is subcontracted), and 2 pieces of centralized equipment cloud-based (Operation Back Office and Commercial Back office), being developed by EPPI’s Software Development Center (SDC) team. These mainly consist of web-based software (Customer Portal, Account Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management system, Back-office portal), microservices back ends (API) and mobile apps, managing more than 3 million end user accounts.
Egis Projects Philippines Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Schedule Controller to join our dynamic team working on delivering MLFF, a game changer project in the toll collection ecosystem in the Philippines.
Role and responsibilities
The objective is to oversee and continuously optimize our scheduling operations to help the project’s teams, including subcontractors’ teams, to meet the project’s contractual milestones, through:
- Monitoring daily progress, provide timely updates to project teams members regarding changes or adjustments and assist with carrying out reforecasting as needed
- Identifying and resolving conflicting activities
- Utilize scheduling software (Primavera) to maintain and keep accurate and keep schedule up to date, ensuring availability and adequate sizing of resources
- Facilitating communication among project team members to ensure alignment of scheduling objectives
- Analyzing scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Accompanying Subproject Managers into developing detailed subproject schedule
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in scheduling software and tools, Primavera would be a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, organizations and cultures.
