- Supervise execution of mechanical works including HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Water Supply, Sewage/Drainage, and associated utilities.
- Review and approve method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and equipment specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with technical specifications, IS codes, NBC and other relevant standards.
- Verify contractors’ measurements, certify mechanical works progress, and support billing/measurement verification with the QS/Construction Manager.
- Monitor contractor’s work progress versus schedule, highlighting risks/delays to Construction Manager/Team Leader.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE practices during mechanical works execution.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Attend site coordination meetings and provide technical clarifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, quality reports, and documentation for the PMC and Client.
- Support the team in claims assessment, change management, and dispute resolution related to mechanical works.
B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in urban infrastructure / riverfront development / roads / bridges / water supply / large civil works projects.
