About the Role

As a Junior Railway Systems Engineer, you will assist in the design, integration, and coordination of various railway systems, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, including Power Supply, Signaling, Depot Workshop Equipment, and Platform Screen Doors.

Main responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist in the design and integration of railway systems, including Power Supply, Signaling, Depot Workshop Equipment, and Platform Screen Doors.
  • Support the development of technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and drawings.
  • Participate in system interface coordination to ensure seamless integration between various railway subsystems.
  • Conduct technical studies and analysis related to system performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Assist in compliance checks with relevant railway standards such as UIC, EN, IEC, and local railway regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including track, civil, and MEP engineers, to ensure system compatibility and constructability.
  • Support the preparation of project deliverables and respond to client technical queries.
  • Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and coordination workshops with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with emerging railway technologies and industry best practices.

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in railway systems engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply
