Track, verify, and keep records of the quantities of works actually executed, correlated with the Bills of Quantities related to the works execution contract / design and build contract, as well as other documents approved during the execution of the works (where applicable), for the purpose of verifying interim payment statements;
Calculate and analyze quantities that differ from those submitted at tender stage, depending on changes to the technical documentation;
Carry out price evaluations/analyses for the preparation of contract amendments/variations arising during the execution of works contracts;
Calculate and prepare Payment Certificates based on the interim payment statements submitted by contractors and on verification of the existence of quality documentation and other supporting documents required by the applicable Romanian legislation;
Verify and analyze documents prepared by contractors (work programs, monthly reports, weekly reports, etc.);
Prepare the reports required under the Technical Specifications regarding the financial progress of the works;
Take over lists from contractors, broken down by project components, for the purpose of preparing the fixed assets register;
Other responsibilities and duties in accordance with the Supervision Procedure Manuals.
- Preparation: higher education with a diploma
- Seniority: 10 years of experience
- Participation in at least one project/contract of similar complexity to the one related to the contract to be assigned, within which to have held responsibilities of the nature of those related to the position for which it is proposed
