About the Role

Quality Manager (15+ Years’ Experience – Stadium Projects Mandatory)

The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (QMS) across all design stages, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, international standards, and project-specific procedures. The role requires extensive experience in complex large-scale projects, with proven stadium project experience as a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as client specifications.
  • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across all disciplines during design development.
  • Review and monitor deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards prior to submission.
  • Establish and manage document control, audit, and inspection processes related to quality.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits where required.
  • Identify non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure proper close-out.
  • Support risk management by identifying quality-related risks and mitigation measures.
  • Interface with the Client, PMC, and stakeholders on all quality-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on quality performance, highlighting areas for improvement.

What do we need from you

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Management within large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Mandatory experience in stadium projects (design and/or delivery phases).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing quality within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Professional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) are preferred.
