About the Role

The Quality Manager is responsible for managing the project portfolio, supervising engineers and site supervisors, and ensuring all projects meet established quality standards. This includes implementing quality control procedures, monitoring material compliance, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project portfolio and oversee engineers and supervisors to ensure quality standards are maintained at work sites.
  • Establish and enforce QA/QC procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
  • Verify that all projects adhere to approved quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor materials used on-site to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to project requirements.
  • Monitor project quality, document findings, and ensure all issues noted in periodic reports are resolved.

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with experience in project supervision and monitoring.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in quality management roles.
  • Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Prior experience in infrastructure or road projects
