We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Madinah for the BRT project , Saudi Arabia. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems across our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems and processes throughout the organization
- Lead and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
- Implement root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality team members and other departments on quality-related matters
- Manage and mitigate quality-related risks in organizational operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality management
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics
- Lead quality training programs for employees across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and Lean Six Sigma techniques
- Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent project management and risk assessment skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing quality policies and procedures
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating quality teams
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quality management software
- Relevant experience in Transit, Transportation or related Field.
