Collecting and Interpreting Data; Conducting System/Process Audits; Spearhead Issue Resolution; Preparing Reports.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interprets data, analyze results using statistical techniques paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Conducts system and process audit and facilitates corrective action request to ensure the company’s compliance to its documented processes.
- Spearheads and monitors the resolution of issues and audit findings.
- Prepares report for various data monitoring and measurements.
- Works alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business and information needs.
- Identifies opportunity for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Identifies and establishes necessary process documentation.
- Process confidential data and information according to company guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience on a similar function preferably from a manufacturing company or similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Sound knowledge of statistics and different statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• With experience in process audit and documentation and in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision. Display decisive initiative and accountability.
• Very good communication skills.
• Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
• Certification in internal quality audit is an advantage.
