Egis Projects Philippines Inc (EPPI) provide services to private sector entities involved in the business of building, operating or managing roadways, railways, and other transportation infrastructure projects.
QMS Development and Implementation:
- Lead the design, establishment, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the MLFF project.
- Ensure the QMS aligns with international standards such as ISO 9001 and project-specific requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with sub-project managers and teams across hardware, software, and maintenance divisions to integrate quality practices into workflows.
Leadership and Training:
- Provide leadership in driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive QMS training sessions for project teams to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.
Auditing and Compliance:
- Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of and compliance with the QMS and identify gaps and noncompliance.
- Support external audits and certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- In collaboration with project team, manage the entire lifecycle of identified nonconformances including detection, to characterization, designing and implementing correction measures, checking nonconformance correction, and closing the noncompliance event.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records.
- Report on quality performance metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions to project stakeholders and senior management.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance project quality and operational efficiency through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform QMS enhancements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in establishing and implementing QMS in projects involving hardware and software integration.
- Experience with tolling systems or transportation infrastructure is an advantage.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, FMEA, process mapping, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, including the delivery of training programs.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
