We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QE Engineer (Quality & Environment Engineer) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our quality and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for quality and environmental issues
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality and environmental performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce environmental impact
- Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and standards
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality and environmental best practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and environmental initiatives
- Investigate and resolve quality and environmental non-conformances
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in quality and environmental management
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality and environmental engineering
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
- Strong knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and standards
- Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, statistical process control)
- Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong auditing skills and experience in both internal and external audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, environmental monitoring tools)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Environmental Management Professional) are preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
Certifications in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the infrastructure, with a focus on MEP systems.
Own Vehicle and Driving license is require.
