Public Health BIM Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Public Health BIM Engineer to join our organization in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will leverage Building Information Modeling expertise to design, develop, and optimize healthcare and public health facility infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and public health stakeholders to deliver comprehensive BIM solutions that meet regulatory standards and enhance operational efficiency across public health facilities.

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for public health facilities, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and health service infrastructure using industry-standard software
• Coordinate BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Analyze facility requirements and translate them into comprehensive building information models that support design, construction, and operational phases
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes, healthcare facility standards, and public health regulations throughout the BIM modeling process
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications derived from BIM models for construction and facility management purposes
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems and components
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize facility layouts, workflows, and resource allocation based on BIM analysis
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and documentation standards to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Support facility planning and lifecycle management by providing data-driven insights from BIM models
• Stay current with BIM best practices, emerging technologies, and healthcare facility design standards

• Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, or equivalent modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of CAD systems and technical drawing standards
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare or public health facility design, construction, or facility management projects
• Solid understanding of building codes, healthcare facility compliance requirements, and Egyptian construction regulations
• Experience in project coordination and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Proficiency in clash detection, coordination modeling, and BIM clash resolution workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in technical documentation and data management
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards (preferred)
• Experience with facility planning and lifecycle management (preferred)
• Familiarity with public health infrastructure standards and requirements (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
