About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Projectwise Technical Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Projectwise implementation, ensuring efficient project management and collaboration across our engineering and construction initiatives.

  • Administer and maintain the Projectwise environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Develop and implement best practices for Projectwise usage across the organization
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Projectwise users
  • Create and manage Projectwise workspaces, projects, and user accounts
  • Develop custom scripts and automation tools to enhance Projectwise functionality
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to integrate Projectwise with other systems and tools
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for Projectwise users
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Projectwise features and industry trends
  • Support Business lines and regions in administrating Projectwise for the international perimeter.
  • Ensure the training for users and administrators
  • Produce clean, effective, secure, and maintainable documentations
  • Participate and contribute to the international Projectwise community
  • Organize & lead technical webinars
  • Being active in the improvement of the Projectwise processes
  • Collaborate with the corporate Projectwise Core team

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with Projectwise administration and support
  • Proficiency in Projectwise software and its various modules
  • Strong understanding of CAD and BIM technologies
  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, VBA)
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Projectwise certifications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems integration
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites or other offices as needed
