We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team for an exciting port project in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling software
- Analyze critical paths, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather accurate timeline information
- Perform regular schedule updates and generate progress reports for stakeholders
- Support construction supervision activities by monitoring schedule adherence
- Identify and communicate schedule risks and opportunities to the project team
- Develop and implement schedule recovery plans when necessary
- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise
- Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and best practices
- University Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in port or large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
- Experience working on international projects is preferred
