We are seeking a proactive and independent Project Resourcing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking resource allocation and ensuring all stakeholders are informed about resource status on the project. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to effectively communicate with team members, and the capability to work independently. They will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely information to facilitate informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
- Resource Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring that all stakeholders have real-time visibility into resource status and availability.
- Status Updates: Provide regular updates to project managers and team members regarding resource status, availability, and allocation, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, ensuring everyone is informed about resource needs and changes, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential resource allocation issues and collaborate with project managers to address them promptly, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on resource allocation and next steps, providing insights and accountability to support informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting strategic resource planning.
- Support: Ensure all project-related documentation is consistently updated, allowing team members to access the latest information and understand the next steps in the project.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
