About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Quality Coordinator to support the delivery and quality assurance of key client projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing quality performance across major contracts, ensuring compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations, while continuously driving client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will act as a key interface between project teams and quality management systems, promoting a strong culture of quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control quality performance across major client contracts
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, internal procedures, client specifications
  • Support project teams in implementing quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews as required
  • Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively
  • Maintain and improve quality documentation and reporting systems
  • Act as a key point of contact for quality-related client interactions
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives across projects and teams
  • Support training and awareness on quality standards and processes

What do we need from you

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality management systems (QMS) within consulting, engineering, or construction environments, including ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing practices
  • Experience working with major or complex contracts is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
