About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in developing, evaluating, and managing project schedules across various industries, ensuring successful project delivery and optimal resource utilisation.

  • Develop, evaluate, and compile comprehensive project schedules for large-scale projects
  • Utilise advanced scheduling software to create and maintain detailed project timelines
  • Monitor and document project progress, identifying potential delays or conflicts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse project data
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks
  • Assist in resource allocation and optimisation across multiple projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project planning efficiency
  • Provide expert advice on scheduling concepts and best practices to project teams
  • Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and standards
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to ensure project alignment with objectives

What do we need from you

  • Minimum of 08 years' experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in various industries
  • Extensive knowledge of scheduling software, including Primavera and SureTrak
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project schedules
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment
