About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Transport and Mobility team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and oversee complex transportation projects that shape the future of mobility in the region.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for transport (Mainly Metro)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure project success
- Analyze and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative solutions in transportation and mobility
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient transportation solutions for urban areas
- Mentor and lead project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transport and mobility sector
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Advanced risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of transport and mobility trends, urban planning, and infrastructure development
- Familiarity with sustainable transportation solutions and their implementation
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and ongoing infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
