About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Site Supervision) to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all on-site operations, coordinate project teams, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact between senior management, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment throughout the execution phase.

  • Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards
  • Manage daily site operations, including workforce coordination, resource allocation, and equipment utilization
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets; identify and address variances proactively
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements; conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and senior management regarding project status and any issues
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Manage project budgets and control costs through careful monitoring and vendor negotiations
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure all work meets contractual specifications and industry standards
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment

What do we need from you

  • Minimum 15 years of project management experience with demonstrated site supervision responsibilities
  • Proven expertise in managing construction or operations projects from initiation through completion
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms
  • Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or similar design and planning tools
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making judgment
  • Experience with ERP systems and project documentation software
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and local compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Background in quality assurance and quality control processes (preferred)
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies (preferred)
