About the Role

The Project Manager will lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of high-value, large-scale architectural and construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure the efficient execution of project timelines, budget, scope, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing contractors and consultants across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring effective execution and meeting project deliverables, including design, construction, fit-out, and infrastructure works.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of architects, engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other project personnel. Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment that ensures high team performance.
  • Client Liaison & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and maintained. Facilitate regular communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Construction & Design Oversight: Oversee the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with the project’s architectural vision, technical specifications, and local regulations.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project costs and take corrective actions as required.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all work performed meets the highest quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and audits to guarantee quality assurance.
  • Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and update project timelines to ensure all project milestones are achieved within the allocated schedule.
  • Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
     
  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve site issues and conflicts proactively.
  • Ensure successful project completion within scope, cost, and schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
