About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure maintenance, specifically in roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses. The ideal candidate must possess a Civil Engineering degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, and a valid UAE Driving License. This role demands excellent leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within cost constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including financial performance, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, including ADM and RTA requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and maintaining high levels of team productivity.
What do we need from you
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure maintenance, including roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE infrastructure regulations and standards.
