About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Design Management Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Oversee resource allocation and optimise team performance
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices within the Design Management Office
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on design-related projects
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a design or architectural context
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in design management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
  • In-depth understanding of design processes, principles, and architectural practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
