We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and be eager to expand their skills into project management and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Develop and review engineering designs using CAD software
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Analyze design requirements and provide innovative solutions
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Implement design modifications and improvements as needed
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in project planning and execution meetings
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, construction, technical office, or project coordination
• Strong understanding of design processes and interest in project management activities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, SharePoint) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
