• Manage and supervise day-to-day bridge maintenance activities to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved work procedures.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality requirements.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer on bridge maintenance, bridge rehabilitation, or similar infrastructure maintenance projects in the UAE.
• Experience working with government or semi-government infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bridge maintenance practices, construction methods, and project execution.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

• Strong project planning and site coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safe work practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site activities.
