Project Director - Saudi National

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple large-scale infrastructure, facilities, and service-related projects across various industrial cities in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proven leader with a solid track record in managing complex projects within the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear leadership and strategic direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee all project activities to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align goals and resolve issues effectively.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure efficient execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Supervise the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
• Implement and enforce robust HSE protocols and QA/QC measures, conducting regular site inspections.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards, preparing comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment, training, and mentorship initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of the project team.
• Evaluate team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive growth and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment that supports innovation and problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in construction and project management, with a proven history of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; adept at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong command of project management tools and software.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
