We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 7–8 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and supporting the project team in delivering projects within the agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a key point of coordination between clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
- Coordinate the submission and review of drawings, documents, and technical deliverables.
- Support the project team in managing project deliverables and key milestones.
- Maintain project records, correspondence, approvals, and documentation.
- Assist in identifying project risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Monitor project changes and ensure effective communication of updates to concerned teams.
- Prepare regular project status reports and updates for management.
- Ensure effective coordination between multidisciplinary teams and support overall project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in project coordination and management.
- Experience working on commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, mixed-use developments, and high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Good understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
