Coordination of document and materials submittals from the Contractor.
Follow up of Consultant’s site supervision activities and reports
Plan, schedule and attend progress and technical meetings, prepare and circulate meeting records.
Take part in project and risk management reviews.
Follow up of compliance with Owner’s Requirements.
Coordinate with quantity surveyors and support review of Contractors' invoices.
Coordinate the review and approvals of shop drawings and as-built drawings,
Monitor the contractor’s progress against the construction schedule, liaise with the project control manager and contribute to reports.
Ensures adherence to department policies and procedures through continuous review with the technical team.
Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
Coordinating the preparation and submission of monthly timesheets for Consultant’s staff
Planning and monitoring the project office operational budget.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
BSc degree in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering;
General overall experience (10) years including
7 years of professional experience in the same field (project coordination and administration).
3 years of experience in management and implementation of rail projects and in a similar position.
Arabic: Native proficiency would be an advantage
English: Bilingual proficiency
Strong communications, coordination, and management skills
Competency in CAD tools and office IT
