Egis is the Project Management Consultant for the Diriyah Gate project, handling Packages 3 and 5. Our role is to oversee the full construction and delivery of several communities — from residential, offices, and hotels to civic and public areas. Package 3 covers the Media and Southern districts, while Package 5 focuses on the Northern and Civic areas. Basically, Egis ensures everything is built safely, on time, and to the highest international standards for this iconic Vision 2030 development.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our AlUla team as a Project Administrative Assistant.
This role provides essential support to the project management and HR functions, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative, financial, and recruitment-related activities.
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working within a large-scale development project and will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with project employees to ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets.
- Support timesheet consolidation and verification for reporting and invoicing.
- Assist in collecting and preparing data required for project invoicing.
- Coordinate with the finance and project control teams to ensure supporting documentation is complete.
- Support the HR team with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview details.
- Assist in maintaining candidate and employee records as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Director and management team.
- Assist with preparing reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Manage and organize project documentation, correspondence, and filing.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience or internship in administrative or coordination roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
