About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting procurement activities across the region, ensuring efficient and compliant supplier management and procurement processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enhancing your skills in procurement and supply management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier profiles, purchase orders, and supplier data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the ANZ point of contact for global procurement-related matters.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database while adhering to Egis and Group policies.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Tax, and HSEQ to ensure seamless processes and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on supply management and procurement processes.
  • Support quality, safety, and auditing activities.

What do we need from you

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services organisation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and financial systems.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
