About the Role

  • Manage and lead the team, ensuring efficient workload distribution, project delivery, and performance.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to support the technical development of team members.
  • Lead the successful delivery of mid to large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in report writing and develop/present Fire and Life Safety (FLS) strategies for complex projects.
  • Manage project delivery from the conceptual design phase through to the IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.

 


What do we need from you

  • 12–15 years of professional experience in the Middle East.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Middle Eastern standards, including NFPA, IBC, IFC, UAE Fire Code, and Saudi Building Code.
  • Expertise in common fire engineering tools, such as FDS and evacuation modeling
