- Lead the design and implementation of Dry Utilities for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for major projects.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring optimal utilization and financial performance. Provide regular reports on project status, technical performance, and team development to senior management.
- Prepare reports calculations and design documentation
- Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment.
- Assist in managing Infrastructure projects, supporting senior engineers and project leaders in delivering successful outcomes.
- Extensive experience in design of Dry Utilities including HV, MV, LV, Street Lighting, Landscape Lighting, Substation and Pump Station Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Dry Utilities with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
