Navigating the complexities of the highly regulated, globally networked and safety-critical aviation industry is no small feat. Yet, with a proven track record of over 4,000 successful projects spanning across 100+ countries, our team stands out.
The Zilina office in Slovakia currently has nine staff with plans to grow. The Zilina office works closely with the offices in Farnborough (~30 staff) and Toulouse (~200 staff) to deliver Egis aviation consultancy services.
We’re looking for a seasoned aviation professional, or management consultant who will be based in our Zilina (Slovakia) offices, and who has an interest in supporting the development and implementation of growth strategies of the office and managing the office running and staff. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on or further develop their management skills and responsibilities. This person will have the opportunity to work on local, national and international projects, actively contributing to fulfilling our expanding order book. In particular, the ideal person will come with a strong numeric background and a well-rounded knowledge and interest of aviation related politics and regulatory topics.

You’ll have the following experience and attributes:
- Degree qualified, typically aviation, engineering, economics, business strategy or finance related.
- Prior experience working within aviation, particularly strategic based projects.
- Prior consultancy or project management experience, ideally at a level where you’ve had people management responsibilities.
- Experience with working towards commercial targets and involvement in bid & tender proposals in a consultancy environment.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent data analysis skills in practice, as well as thrive on problem solving and the application of your excellent critical thinking skills.
- The consultancy environment can be very fast-paced with opportunities emerging at very short notice that will require a flexible, agile approach to delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting or exceeding client requirements.
