- Preparation of quotations, price calculations, post-calculations
- Permanent coordination of relations with project designers, subcontractors, builders and clients.
- Establishes the price bases and draws up the estimate by category of work in the tendering programme or in the Excel programme
- Is familiar with the execution technologies and the way in which operations are carried out in the execution processes.
- Establishing relations with colleagues and/or subcontractors, in order to solve in a timely and good conditions all problems arising during the course of the activity
- Directly responsible for the fulfilment of the duties and tasks set by the team leaders
- At least 5 years of experience working in Romania in the preparation of estimate documents, with constant exposure to working with public authorities and audits
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, WinDev, Deviz10 or other Devize programs
- Strong sense of responsibility, high standards of ethical behaviour and ability to work independently and take decisions,
- Confident, clear and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening,
- Technical/Engineering degree,
- Fluent in Romanian. Good spoken and written Englis
