PMO Performance Technical Secretary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Performance Technical Secretary to join our SI Onshore PMO Data & Performance Team. This key role will support the team’s operational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and reporting across multiple stakeholders and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Mailbox Management:
- Daily management of the Onshore Performance Reporting mailbox.
Board Support:
- Serve as technical secretary for Regional Performance Boards, including:
- Coordinating calendar invites and tracking delegates.
- Managing distribution lists, stakeholder lists, and email communications.
- Capturing meeting actions and tracking action closure.
Funnel Process Management:
- Capture new reporting requests from the mailbox.
- Log requests into the DevOps system.
- Notify the Data team and respond to requestors.
Documentation Ownership:
- Own and update SOPs, RACI charts, team org structures, etc.
- Roadmap & Progress Monitoring:
- Frequently review the team’s roadmap and progress.
- Fortnightly team progress reporting.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and run team offsites, agree agendas with stakeholders, create skeleton packs, chase inputs, and arrange team socials.
- Report Support:
- Support monthly PMU report production, including creating skeleton packs, chasing inputs, and reviewing slide formatting.
