About the Role
Working closely with the leadership team, the role of the PMO manager will be to implement the Egis "Project Execution Process – P2." This process includes monitoring the entire project cycle, from the handover of the tender to project closing, in line with the deployment of EARTH and EPROD.
The PMO Manager will be responsible for the deployment of the project execution process across the region. They will support project managers and directors in the application of related procedures and instructions, including training, support for kick-offs, and material preparation. They will measure and monitor key performance indicators of projects and client satisfaction, reflecting the quality of our service delivery. They will liaise with the Group's central functions to stay up to date with the latest instructions as Process Owner for the P2 Process in the region.
In this role, and as the gatekeeper of the P2 process for the region, the PMO Manager will:
- Ensure that the rollout of the EARTH program (the new Egis ERP) is happening smoothly, in line with the P2 process, and support the PM/PD community in their learning process within the project management stream.
- Lead the rollout of EPROD (the group's new Project Management tool) as Project Manager in the region. Work closely with the Head of Transformation and the Regional Information Officer, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved and coordinated, and implement a “change management” approach in the deployment. The PMO manager will be the point of contact with the group deployment team.
- Train and audit the projects alongside the QHSE department to ensure that the P2 process is well applied.
- Implement induction processes for the PDs and PMs for their journey within Egis.
- Lead the Major Project Reviews on a regular basis as per the P2, in coordination with Finance, the BL/Countries leads (RBLDs, RSLDs, CMDs, BL Ops Directors, etc.), the project teams, and the Group Major Projects Department. This includes preparing a final report with the risks, opportunities, and actions to be taken to the CEO and the CFO of the Region.
- Work closely with the operations directors of the BLs and the countries to ensure that the P2 procedures are applied using a good change approach, including:
- Supporting and tracking the tender transfers of newly awarded projects, especially the major ones.
- Supporting and tracking the preparation of project delivery strategies at the start of any contract and defining with the relevant teams the project budget and delivery conditions (internal and external subcontracting, risks, contingencies, KPIs, ESG commitments). Monitoring the process to ensure that all newly signed projects have conducted a Project Delivery Strategy.
- Following up on client relations with the commercial and project teams by monitoring client complaints, project surveys, and cold surveys. Reporting regularly to management on client relations and associated potential risks. Working with relevant teams to plan and implement corrective measures where necessary, with a high focus on major projects.

B. Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Economy with project management experience
Oracle cloud ERP/EPM tool experience knowledge is a +
