About the Role

  • Delivery of piping stress and flexibility analysis
  • Works with Hexagon Pipe stress software

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assigned by the Pipe Stress Lead Engineer
  • Co-ordinate with piping expert designers
  • Manages their own workload
  • Master project methodology, procedures, codes (EN 13480) and standards
  • Experience in checking A3 piping isos drawings and associated MTOs
  • Ensure QC for compliance with nuclear projects
  • Perform technical review of design deliverables produced by colleagues in line with quality procedures
  • Makes use of 3D models (Navisworks)
  • Liaise with other engineers and CAD designers (HVAC & Support) when required

What do we need from you

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experienced in piping analysis with Hexagon Pipe stress software
  • Skilled in piping design, supply, (pre)fabrication, erection and tests
