This role is a full-time role and will be based in our offices in Bucharest, Romania.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding permits and to facilitate the efficient obtaining of the necessary permits the projects implemented by the company.

Depending on your level of experience, the job of a Permits responsible will require you to be able to:
- Permissions, opinions and agreement requests documentation.
- Follow-up of any permission, opinion and agreement requests.
- Scheduling permissions gathering according to Project Managers program.
- Interact with design teams members to collect the technical info required for the permissions obtaining.
- Manage the costs and fee payments due for the permissions request presentation and obtaining.
- Interact with subcontractors and suppliers of services for expropriations and relocations activities
- Interact with the subcontractors and suppliers of services for the environmental agreement.
We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience working in Romania in the transportation domain.
- Communication capabilities and relationship with bureaucratic and administrative national office.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Strong sense of responsibility, high standards of ethical behaviour an ability to work in team collaboration.
- Confident, clear and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening,
- Fluent in Romanian. Good spoken and written English.
